Congrats, Laurie! Really enjoyed your article! I’m getting hitched next April and I’ve been tucking away tips for hair and makeup for months. Did you do your own makeup or have it done professionally? You looked radiant and extremely happy (though frankly, that’s kind of the way you always look)! 🙂

Kristen, thanks! I had my makeup done professionally — an artist at the salon in my hometown. I was too nervous to do it myself! Are you considering doing your own? Congrats on the engagement, p.s.!
Thanks, Laurie! 🙂 No, I too will probably go the professional route! The idea of being in charge of my own makeup and hair the most photographed day of my life is just too much pressure! Plus, I need someone who can do really good false lashes, and I can tell you now that said person isn’t me!
